The high school offers career and technology programs in
Agricultural Science, Business Applications and Family and Consumer
Sciences.
Computer
Resources
To prepare students for an increasingly technological
society, the district has made an investment in computer technology
for instructional purposes.
Student
Publications
The students publish The Jolly Roger, school annual, and
the Lytle Hi-Light, the school newspaper.
Innovative
Programs
The Teacher Advancement Program restructures the school
schedule to provide time during the regular school day for teachers
to meet, learn, plan, mentor and share with other teachers, so they
can constantly improve the quality of their instruction and hence,
increase their students' academic achievement.
The Positive Behavior Support
Program works from the premise that

Academics – The LHS academic team consistently produces
students who advance to state competition in numerous literary and
