Athletic Update for February 1-6

When you click on the button to your right you will find our athletic schedules for the upcoming week.
Some of our seasons are winding down or gearing up for play-offs, while others are just beginning.
Our high school girls' basketball team is ranked #6 in the state and is leading the district with 3 games to go, while the high school boys team is in 3rd place after the first round of play. All middle school basketball teams will play their final game of the season on Monday night vs. Bandera, and they will begin track very shortly with the first middle school track meet in 3 weeks.
Our high school Tennis and Power lifting team’s seasons are in full swing, while Track, Baseball, Softball and Golf have all started practicing.
On Monday morning the UIL will release its bi-annual realignment in which we find out which district we will be in for the next two school years, where we end up is anybody’s guess, we have been in three different districts the last three realignments.
