Cross Country Team competes at Antonian Cross Country Invitational

Congratulations to the Cross Country team for their efforts at the Antonian Cross Country Invitational on Saturday (August 30). Two Seniors (Jesse Perez 14th and Yvette Villarreal 8th) and five Sophomores (Brandon Lacy 7th, Sebastain Benavides 3rd, Jarrett Montemayor 10th, John Guillen 12th, and Macy Chapa 15th) came home with medals. Other members of the team that participated were Chris Yanez, Zach Simmons, Samuel Ximenez, Arianna Hack, Alexis Geigenmiller, Brittany Flores, Amanda Rendon, Krystal Bernal, and Denise de la Fuente. The Freshman/Sophmore girls placed 2nd in their division and with over 1000 runners in each division, it was a great showing for Lytle Cross Country.
