Volleyball Athletes: Important Message About Three-A-Days Practices

Three-A-Days

IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU ATTEND THREE-A-DAYS

Vacation is not an excuse for missing. Also, you must have had your physical complete before you can participate. Each practice without a physical will have to be made up before you can participate in any scrimmages or games. If you have any questions please call Coach Molina @ 210-842-5858

***Parent meeting @ 6:30 pm on Monday, August 4th***

Monday, August 4

9:00 am - 11:00 am   Meet in the gym: You must wear your gray's, if your are not in your gray's                                  you will be sent home and will be required to make up morning practice.
11:00 am - noon       Lunch: Rest and Recover
12:00 pm - 1:00 pm  Meet in gym
1:00 pm - 2:00 pm    Rest and Recover
2:00 pm - 3:30 pm    Meet in gym

Tuesday, August 5

9:00 am - 11:00 am    Meet in the gym: Yellow League shirt day; wear your shirts from league or                                   any yellow shirt.
11:00 am - noon          Lunch: Rest and Recover
12:00 pm - 1:00 pm     Meet in gym
1:00 pm - 2:00 pm       Rest and Recover
2:00 pm - 3:30 pm
     Meet in gym


Wednesday, August 6

9:00 am - 11:00 am     Meet in the gym: Pink shirt day; wear a pink shirt that you don't mind getting sweaty.
11:00 am - noon
         Lunch: Rest and Recover

Thursday, August 7

9:00 am - 11:00 am     Meet in the gym: Head band day; wear your gray's and a head band or   bandana.

Friday, August 10

Scrimmage Be at the gym at 8:45 (Wimberly Scrimmage)

Saturday, August 11

Scrimmage Be at the gym at 8:45 (South Side Scrimmage)
