LHS Students Transcript Request

If you are currently a student enrolled at Lytle High School you may request a copy of your transcript from the school counselor.
For easier access you may print out the form (see button>>)
Requests take 1 to 3 days to process.
Please note that if your are a Graduate of Lytle High School requests must be made at the Administration Office. All requests must be submitted in writing.
