Lytle Food Services Launches EZSchoolPay

Food Service Department has something new to offer that we hope will make your life a little easier. EZSchoolPay.com is an Internet service that will help you see the balance and put money in the students account at any time of the day. You can use EZSchoolPay.com to make pre-payments to your child’s school meal account anytime using your VISA or Master Card (Credit or Debit). You can also monitor your child’s account on line- it’s updated as often as every ten minutes.
At this time Lytle ISD is only offering on-line payment to
student lunch accounts. In the future we plan to add other
school-related fee payments such as yearbooks, T-shirt sales, etc.
We will notify you when these become available. We encourage you to
take advantage of this service. It will give you peace-of-mind
knowing your child will receive the meals he/she needs without
interruption. Credits can be added at 10 pm at night or 30 minutes
before a meal service.
You can feel safe knowing that all transactions are secure. The
web-site is built using 128-bit digital encryption, providing
maximum protection of your credit card information.
To sign up visit
Things you will need to know
1. Zip code of the school district 78052
2. Spelling of name – Last name must match last
name spelling on our Point of Sale Computer. If you are unable to
link, call so we can make sure we have the name spelled
correctly.
3. Student ID # Please put a zero in front of the student ID#. If you do not have the student Identification Number please call the cafeteria where your student is enrolled:
Primary 830-709-5133 EXT 4802, Elementary
830-709-5133 EXT 4504, Junior High 830-709-5133 EXT 4401, High
School 830-709-5120
4. Please create accounts on Home Computers. Some
employers have blocks that will not let us link.
5. Validation: after completing the initial setup,
parents must validate their accounts. Simply clicking a link in an
e-mail that is sent to them does this. Please note that this e-mail
message is sent to the e-mail address that the parent provided when
registering. If parent does not click on the link their account
will not be validated and therefore is not available for use.
6. HIT the “Submit” KEY: Parents sometimes forget
the final step of a task, which is to click the “submit” key. This
is true both on creating the account and editing their profile
data.
7. Forgotten Password: The password hint option is provided to help you remember your password. If even this fails to jog the memory, I will be able to help you by editing your account profile for you and giving you a new password. (I am unable to view your account password… It is encrypted for your protection) Please note that EZSchoolPay does not have a help number for forgotten passwords. You will have to e-mail me at mwagoner@lytle-isd.net.
Additional Help is offered via EZSchoolPay.com Parents Manual on the web site. (Click the “click here” button underneath the words “ Parents Sign Up Now”) You can print this for your information. (Very helpful)
I am very excited about this program. It should cut
down on your child telling you they need money in their lunch
account as you pull up to let them out at school or as the school
bus stops in front of your house. I know first hand what is like to
keep up with your kids' accounts. I washed many a school note in
the pockets of my kids' jeans or got calls from the cafeteria clerk
asking for money.
The account balance will show on the web site too. If you need a history of the account call the campus cafeteria or call me, we will be glad to send you one.
If you have any questions please call

FYI: Your students Lunch Account is identified by their Identification Number which is a number the school gives them the first time they enroll at Lytle ISD and will be their number until the day they graduate from Lytle ISD. Therefore all money in their account will transfer to what ever campus they are in.
